About Sheikh Bandar Baleela
Sheikh Bandar Baleela full names is Bandar bin Abdulaziz bin Siraj bin Abdul Malik Baleela was born in Makkah in 1975. Sheikh Bandar Baleela memorized the Holy Quran at an early age. He holds his Master Degree from Umm al Qura University, and done Ph.D in Fiqah from Islamic University Madina in 2008.
Sheikh Bandar Baleela worked as teacher of Fiqah at the institute of Haram al Shareef. He is also professor at the university of Taif. Sheikh Bandar served as Imam of Masjid Ameera Nouf in the Aziziyah abd after that in Masjid Bin Baz.
After performing prayers in several mosques of Makkah, in 2013 Sheikh Sahab was appointed as Imam of Grand Mosque Masjid Al Haram Makkah. So Sheikh Bandar Baleela appeared as guest Imam for leading Taraweeh, and conducted his first prayer in the Masjid Al Haram, in front of hundreds of thousands of Muslims on the night of 15th Ramadan 2013. Later on soon he will be officially appointed to permanent imam of Holy Mosque Makkah.
