Personal Life
Sheikh Abdullah Awad al Juhany belongs to a very religious family. He memorized Holy Quran at very early age under the supervision of Sheikh Muhammad Ayub, former Imam of Masjid Nabwi. His family did very well in educating him. Sheikh Abdullah Awad al Juhany has three brothers and two sisters. Sheikh Abdullah Awad al Juhany is married and has two sons and two daughters.
Education
Sheikh Abdullah Awad al Juhany graduated from the Islamic University with a degree in Quranic Studies. He has done his Masters from Makkah and doctorate in Shariah and Quranic recitations Umm al Qura University. At the age of 16 Sheikh Juhany participated in a competition for memorization of Quran held in Makkah and won the first prize.
Career
In 1998 Sheikh Abdullah Awad al Juhany led his first Salah in Masjid Nabwi. King Abdullah appointed him to lead Salah in Prophet Mosque. in July 2007 he was appointed as permanent Imam of Masjid Al Haram Makkah. He has been an imam of biggest Mosques Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Masjid Al Jinn, Masjid Nabwi, Masjid AL Haram. He lead prayers 2 years in Qiblatian Mosque Madina and 4 years in Masjid Al Quba Madina.
